We're silly. We like to make fun of ourselves. And we want to normalize open communication surrounding Mental Health, bringing awareness by helping to shed positive light on the subject.

Being a trauma survivor who's struggled with mental illness and other challenges, I make it a point to speak on it with friends and family. Coming from a generation that experienced both the suppression and awakening of awareness, I hope to help others who may not have a voice or support system while navigating their mental health journey.
