Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

As a small business, we do our best to fulfill and ship your orders in a timely manner. Many of our items are fulfilled by a third-party printer, with a handful of products fulfilled in-house. Please allow for 7 business days to process your orders. Shipping time and prices are based on your location. This will be offered per order and by your desired shipping method (standard or expedited).

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your package is handled by the carrier, nor are we responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred by international shipping. Please be aware that packages may be held up at customs during peak shipping seasons such as holidays and in-climate weather.

Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic orders may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for another product or store credit. Shipping and handling fees may apply. We currently do not offer returns for refunds.

If a product arrives damaged, please email us at support@elloemelle.com for further assistance.

All exchanges and store credits will be manually processed when your return has been received by us. Once your order is received, you will get a confirmation email pertaining your return option details.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • Items considered final sale will not be accepted for any return options. All sale items and accessories (I.E. socks, hats, intimates, swimwear, etc.) are considered final sale.

  • Gift Card purchases are classified as non-returnable.

  • If issued a store credit, all credits will remain valid for use within 12 months from your issue date.
